Plastisol Inks

Plastisol Ink is essentially liquid plastic. Plastisol is the dominant ink of choice because it is user friendly. It is the classic print feel on garments. It allows for various additives like puff, Metallic, stretch, and foil (More on these in the Specialty Inks below).

Plastisol also has a high opacity. The ink covers the shirt color well and is more forgiving.

Specialty Inks

To add a different look and fun aspect to your print, try adding in some of these ink additives to your products!

Puff - for a 3-D look that will pop from the garment and add an extra feature in any color!

Metallic - for a shine in silver or gold that stands out. Add Metallic prints to garments to give that shining feature!

Stretch - for athletic type fabric to enable the prints to form with the poly spandex type fabrics found in athletic wear.

Foil - for a smooth metal look to printed areas.

Glitter - for an extra pop from a metallic print. This is a step up from the metallic flake that has larger flakes and is mainly used for sports like cheerleading.

Water-Based Ink

Water-based is an up-and-coming ink in the screen-printing world. The primary type of water-based ink we’ll be talking about is high-solids (HSA) ink, like Green Galaxy. HSA water-based ink provides a softer feel and is widely considered better for the environment.

Water-based ink lays down a thin, soft, flexible layer of ink on the garment. You can print a thin ink deposit that will still hold up after countless washes. Thanks to the little to no chemical usage, you’re able to reduce your eco footprint.

Printing with water-based inks isn’t a walk in the park. Since water-based inks contain water, the ink begins to evaporate once it’s exposed to air. It is a more technical printing ink, which reflects in its higher price points, but in some cases benefits greatly over other methods.

Discharge Ink

Discharge ink is a water-based ink that you use on dark garments to give it a soft hand feel. It’s created by adding a discharge agent to water-based ink that removes the dyes in the fabric and replaces them with the desired ink color. It is a recently developed ink that provides a different and neat ability to screen printing.

Embroidery

Wanting to make a permanent impact on various items? Embroidery is a great way to make art showcased on Hats, Beanies, Bags, Jackets, and more. It is universally fit to be able to decorate substates and not have to worry about if they have been washed prior like we do with Heat Transfer or Screen printing. So, if you need to decorate used items or update items, then embroidery is the way to go. Getting new items with us? Considering Embroidering them is a great method to create a long-lasting item!

With Embroidery, beside the standard poly threading used, there are various additions to create an interesting piece. There are metallic threads, shade shifting threads, and neon threads. Want to give that design an extra pop? A 3-D foam option is available to add an extra dimension to any design. Some of these options may require extra pricing.

Pricing for embroidery is a complex conversation with many variables that could alter pricing. It basically boils down to stitch count of the design. So, the more solid the design area is, the more stitching is required which would result in a higher price point. 3-D puff would add an extra cost to the equation as well.

Patches are a great way to allow the same style and look of embroidery. Yet these can be easily applied to areas where embroidery may not be able to be accomplished. Other comparable patche styles we offer are leather patches or PVC (Silicone) patches.

Adhesive Vinyls

Our Standard Vinyl

Film series IJ35C - vinyl film with a permanent, pressure-sensitive adhesive and air release channels for easier, bubble-free application. They are designed for latex, solvent and UV-based piezo inkjet printing as well as screen printing where a good quality film is needed for short to long-term, indoor and outdoor promotional graphics.
This is a great film we found that fits a wide range of needs to make the perfect cost-effective option for products! We can print and install any of your vinyl graphics needs!

Perforated One Way Window Vinyl

Our one-way perforated window vinyl is a great way to showcase any HD design on windows of cars, trucks, Commercial, and Retail. The science behind this film is simply amazing using a black backing to allow the eyes to see through from the inside easily, yet allows the print side to showcase any design needs.
Offered in 2 different films for separate uses.
50/50 for Vehicle use that allows larger holes to be able to see easily through the area from the inside.
70/30 for retail, commercial, or building window use. Allows for a higher definition print while still allowing users to see through from the inside.

Decal or Sticker

A product everyone enjoys! Decals or Stickers depending on the size, are a great way to showcase high detailed designs. We use our standard 3M vinyl for normal applications but can also use various vinyl’s such as high tac adhesive clear, or chrome vinyl’s! Stickers are a great easy way to make a design pop is so many various methods!

High Tac Adhesive

This vinyl is a great option for those tricky substrates such as plastics to enable vinyl to adhere to. This film is great for motorcross graphic kits fitted with our ultra thicc 12 mil laminate to protect the fully custom awesome designs we throw out! We also have used this for hard hat stickers to help make the decal adhere better and last longer! We can print and install any of your high tac graphics needs!

Low Tac Wall Adhesive

This film is perfect for applications for on walls that may be removed over time. They leave little to no remains of them being there if ever removed and allow for easy removal or movement. We can print and install any of your low tac wall graphics needs!
We also have a low tac dual view window graphic that is great for store fronts. Providing a rigid film that has the ability to be applied to the inside of a window and be printed on both sides. All while keeping the removable ability.

Intermediate Vinyl

Our Intermediate Vinyl is a quick way to produce graphics for various uses, but mainly used on signage, or overlaminates such as the fluorescent orange on the car pictured. The film is a flat adhesive backing that provided vibrant colors for any need.

Wrap Cast Films

Wraps have 2 different types of films. Print wrap film, which we use the 3M IJ-180CV3-10 film for which can provide a full ability to accomplish any design on a wrapped item.
The other are color changing wrap cast films. These provide a high-quality film, much like the intermediate film coming in a solid color, but with a comply air release backing and ultimate performance to curve or cut into any shape. It also is pressure sensitive to allow moving the film as need. These come in various colors and textures. Metallic, Chrome, Carbon Fiber, Shade Shifting, and more!

Clear Orajet Film

Clear film has an amazing ability to be applied to areas of glass and allow the background to show through where wanted. There are many uses for item labels like candles, bottles, or any substrate you’d like to see the background color through.

Dry Erase

This film is perfect for any flat surface at home, work, or education areas. This allows easy removal of dry erase markers. We can print and install your dry erase for you!

Reflective Vinyl

This is a cool film that has many awesome abilities to take your use in the dark. Mostly used on emergency vehicles, we can provide a fully custom reflective vinyl to fit your any needs!

Signs

Aluminum Composite

This material allows for a very durable signage in any indoor/outdoor area. It is a sandwich of 2 aluminum sheets with an interior composite to make it a very durable lightweight signage material. We can print and install any of your signage needs!

Backlit

Our backlit signage provides a great indoor/outdoor rigid material that will withstand mother nature. It is also refracts back lighting to give an amazing glow at night!

PVC

This is a great cost-effective signage for indoor/outdoor areas or framed signs such as A-Frames. It is a rigid plastic that is not as durable as an acrylic or aluminum but is a great lightweight material for signage supported by framing or walls.

Acrylic

Acrylic is a great rigid material that allows a variety of abilities being transparent. Allowing the use of see through as well as multiple mounting options such as stand offs.

Foamcore

This sign material is the ultimate safe and lightweight indoor use. Allows for high maneuverability with little weight with sturdy durability.

Banners

HD Banner

This is a cost-effective multiuse material. The banner material comes in 3 different durability weights. We hem and grommet included with purchase unless other specified. We can also add Rope, Pole Pockets, and Wind Slits.
13 oz. - The most standard weight for banners. We mostly use this weight for most products.
15 oz. - When you need a little more durability than the 13 oz. this is where to go.
18 oz. - We consider this Elephant proof. This is for banner material that will stand the test of time in harsh conditions. Can be printed double sided!

Canvas

Add an extra level to your print! Great for decoration and being framed. An extra smooth canvas will create that extra pop in the room with your art!

Mesh

Mesh is great for fence use to reduce restriction of wind by 37%. Grommets Included. Larger banner is suggested to have webbing to make more durable. We can also add rope or pole pockets.

There are many ways to feature a banner. We have 3 main banner stands we offer.
Retractable Banner Stand - Steel foot for stability, very durable and compact, and lasts a lifetime.

Films we apply to automotive or fleet vehicles can provide a wide variety of benefits to the comfort, feel, and look of your vehicle.
Pricing takes into account the type of material and which windows you are looking to apply that material to. Types of material range on tint percentage, but mainly you can choose from 5% at the darkest, 20% to match any factory rear window, 35%, 47%, and 70% for front and rear windshield. Benefits from this are as follows.
